Please submit your request for a refund/exchange within 14 days after receiving your product.

Important Note
As our orders are custom printed specifically for you, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

Damaged / Incorrect Order
At Grit with Grace, we take every measure to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, experience poor-quality printing, or receive an incorrect product, we've got you covered!

Simply provide us with your order number and a clear photo showcasing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print, or the damaged area of the item. Reach out to us via email at info@gritwithgrace.co, and one of our dedicated support staff will promptly arrange a reprint or a refund for you.

Order Not Received
If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 60 days for pillow covers, or home decor, from the date of your order, please contact us through our [Contact Us](insert your Contact Us page link here) page. We will be happy to provide a free replacement order or issue a full refund for your purchase. Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and any missed parcel deliveries.

Return & Refund
In most cases, we will replace defective items or incorrect orders simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and including the order number.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.

Please note that items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. After 30 days have passed from the receipt of goods, we will no longer accept refunds and exchanges.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused.
  • The product itself or the printing is defective, or the final product is different from what you ordered.
We accept refund/exchange requests for the following reasons only:
  • Damaged items.
  • The product received is not as displayed on the website/store.
  • The product received is not what you originally ordered.
  • Poor print quality.
